A fourth-generation Coloradoan, Anne Avery wandered through a number of careers - engineer, diplomat with the U.S. State Department, and public relations head for a major catalog company, before settling down to her first love: writing the kind of romance stories she has always loved to read.
The range of her interests is reflected in the range of her stories, which include medievals, contemporaries, Westerns and Americanas that explore the forgotten parts of Colorado's history, and futuristics, which combine her love of romance and science fiction!
