Adrianne Amrose

Adrianne Ambrose comes from a family of antique dealers and professional knife sharpeners. She's a native of Cleveland, Ohio (love) and currently resides in San Francisco (like) with her husband (love). When not writing novels about cheerleaders, barbarians or vampires, she's being nominated for video game awards starring dangerous high school girls. Adrianne contributes to the Fraggle Rock comic book series and is working on two graphic novels, both coming out in 2011 with Oni Press.

Cats have an unnatural fondness for Adrianne (sometimes unrequited) and her pet peeve is people who say wallah instead of voilĂ . When she isn't writing, she likes to visit Eastern European countries littered with giant, crumbling monuments of Lenin or remote island nations dotted with giant heads carved out of stone.
